Mandu Reid is a senior strategic adviser and facilitator specialising in systems change, governance, and organisational development across sport and public policy. She brings extensive experience designing and leading large-scale, publicly funded sports programmes and working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
From 2013 to 2017, Mandu oversaw the Mayor of London’s Sports Legacy Programme, investing more than £55m into community sport. She later designed its successor, Sport Unites, developing innovative partnership models with major funders to deliver sport-for-social-change outcomes. Earlier in her career, she led programme management for the £75m City Operations programme for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Her wider experience spans government, including a stint at DCMS, politics, social policy, gender equity, and social justice work, informing the cross-sector, multi-disciplinary approach she brings to all her advisory, leadership, and facilitation roles. Her recent clients have included the University of East London, UN Women, and the Women's Super League.
